Having not completely finished the Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim and finished it in Oblivion, I really couldn't say which one I like better. Oblivion does in fact have more of a Magical and Mythical Feel to the game than Skyrim does. I give it that, but there is just something Awesome about the Nordic feel of Skyrim that I purely enjoy as well.
